Hmmm. Okay, what can I tell you about myself? Er, I'm me. Very much so.
I would even go so far as to say that I'm extremely me. This is of somewhat unhelpful and uninformative, but I really can't help you. I can list hobbies and interests, but that's just what I do, not what I am.
I can jot down a list of adjectives, but those don't describe me, just my characteristics.
The following is definitely true though: I'm a Buddhist optimist, and a cynical pessimist. I therefore suffer from conflicting signals. I'm idealistic and will assume the best of people. I believe the world is fundamentally a good place. This does not mean I don't carry a big stick (well...invisible inflatable swordfish) in the event that I'm wrong.
I'm very easily...oh look! Shiny!...distracted. I have a tendency to ramble, and I often don't make sense, not even to myself. I have also been accused of being a goff. A perkygoff, though, so that's all right.
This is where I wibble and witter on to my heart's content, ask rhetorical questions, or just muse about my life, the world, or shiny things. And there are many shiny things. Sooo many shinies...
If you wish to friend me, feel free to. I like meeting new people and reading about what they're getting up to. Do drop me a note here and bask in the knowledge that you've helped save a poor and overworked brain. The world will be a better place. :)
I do warn you: I am quite rubbish at responding to individual posts and comments. It's not because I don't want to; usually I'm too caught up in things to remember to comment or the subject matter makes me go 'yeah...what you/they/he/she said' or I just don't know what to say. All posts and comments are read and appreciated. :)
