naamah_darling's ginger spice cookies (also knows as Ginger Sluts). I will have to pop past Tesco's to get the crystallised ginger (she has an awesome recipe for home-made crystallised ginger as well, which I will attempt at some point), muscovado sugar and shortening.
I wonder if I want to go all out and get coloured sugar sprinkles as well.
