I've been reading the Discworld Convention membership list. Lots of people on there I can't wait to see again, and a few others I'm hoping to actually meet this time 'round.

I'm mildly concerned that we may be sharing a hotel with a vampire squid from hell.

I'm mildly concerned as to how it's going to survive. It is a deep-sea vampire squid from hell and I'm not sure the pool at the Hilton is going to be deep enough. Perhaps they're going to flood the corridors so it can swim around?
