Sailing weekend happened...

...and lots of fun was had. I was busy making notes last night and this morning to prepare for the meet report. The burst of creativity got well and truly squashed when I realised I did not have a one PM start, but instead an eight AM one.

This was at nine AM. Called work and arranged to work from one to ten, seeing as I was going to be e-mailing anyway. Discovered facebook is still not blocked at work (*hums innocently*) and generally made people jealous by talking about the lovely sailing weekend.

There will be a proper report later this week, but in short: ducks, lolcats, pirates, surprise man-overboard routines, heave-to, discovering boats have bits that can leave bruises in interesting places, hugs, sour sweeties, halva (were'd the halva go?), expensive (but very nice) fud, shiny people, water, wind, boats, gaggles andandand *yay*.

I shall go fall over and be dead in a bit. I'm knackered, but in a good way.
