Ramblings and Musings and Wibblings

Got up at silly o'clock on Saturday; spent 4 hours onna train; waited at the station; met some new shiny people; faffed about with hair dye; had my hair faffed about with bleach (yay! blonde!); dressed up; watched dressing up happen (pretty corsets! and skirts! and jackets! andandandshiny); bounced around on VNV Nation (Eeeeeeeeeee! *bouncebounce*); saw all sorts of weird and wonderful outfits (sometimes with gorgeous people in them as well); lazed about on Sunday; watched Who; had nice risotto for dinner; took a train home; ate too many cccbs during the journey and am now trying to pry myself off the ceiling.

It was a nice weekend. I wouldn't mind rewinding and doing it again.

Undead dancing gay pirate skeletons!

It´s a rather silly and unoriginal game which really shouldn't be worth the time it takes to download...but it has undead dancing gay pirate skeletons! It's fascinating!*

*Or it might just be that I've had a few too many 'nippy-sweeties'. (Yay whisky!)

Read "Bellwether" this morning. 's goodly. Have now picked up "A Short History of Nearly Everything" again.

Today is nice and sunny, so I spent most of it outside. Around 2 it got too hot, though, so I retreated inside.

Johan decided washing the car might be a good idea, and seeing I was still hot, I instigated a water battle. I ambushed him with a fearsome super soakerette, and in turn, he ambushed me with a rather large bucket of cold water. Mission accomplished, I'm no longer warm and sticky :)
