In which I witter on about Stuff

When I have a Saturday off, I will nearly always tidy my house.

This morning, I tidied and cleaned my kitchen, hung up laundry, vaccuumed, tidied my hall closet, cleared and cleaned my desk, sort of tidied my bathroom, stacked my paperwork for easy sorting, cleaned my coffee machine and cleaned the hob. And I got out of bed at 9:30. Why yes, I have been flitting hither and yon a bit this morning. Why do you ask?

Also, and I am sure you just were aching to hear this one, my washing machine's fluff filter is...ah...shaped somewhat...uh...well, not to put too fine a point to it...it appears to be somewhat of the phallus-y persuasion. No, seriously! I'm not just seeing things, I swear. It's curved and tapers towards the end and the twisty screwy thing at the base just...okay, trust me on this one. My washing machine's fluff filter is shaped like a cock.

Admittedly one you'd find on a small pony or possibly an unbelievably over-endowed porn star, but there you have it. Also, it's a bugger to actually get out the washing machine and back in. I wonder if this was deliberate design.

I am not scared of death. I am not scared of not being. I am scared of dying, though. The thought of my heart failing one day freaks me out somewhat.
