My dishwasher has undergone critical existence failure and in the process flooded half my kitchen. I suppose I should be glad I waited with turning it on until I got home, because I'm not sure what would have greeted me when I got home.

So instead of having a nice slow meal of cheesy mash, I'm going to be stuck drying my kitchen. And hand washing my dishes. And possibly poking about with the dishwasher to see if I can resurrect this thing. Argh. My linoleum's all wet and squishy. Suppose I will have to gently pull that up and put towels underneath.

Aargh! That's such a pain! Hope it's fixable and there's no serious damage to the kitchen.
