I have learnt a new thing today

sessifetApparently I should not have eaten four Refreshers. The first sign was my housemates going 'You ate four Refreshers?!'
It turns out Refreshers are not at all like the chewy fruits bars in .nl, but are instead a sugar-filled sherbet powder center with a sugar-laden chewy outside. And I ate four of them. In about 90 minutes. And I was feeling perfectly fine if a little 'hee!' a bit ago. And now I've just been hit with the biggest sugar rush I have had since I was fiften and ate a kilogram bag of winegums in two hours.
Note to self: blinking is good. Do so.
