sessifetI was at the station at 7.30 this morning, and waited. and waited. And waited. The train finally arrived at 7.55, by which time I could no longer feel my feet or my hands. 20 minutes late! For the third time in a row! This is just getting ridiculous. The new timetables are supposed to get rid of all these delays, but so far, they've only caused more.
And don't even get me started on the new trains we've just got. They break down at the drop of a hat, usually in silly places such as across the rail crossing, which means you have to walk around the train to get to the other side. This does not give me a wonderfully warm and safe feeling, especially not when it's cold and dark and the driver does not acknowledge the group of weary travellers tramping around his train.
NS are bastards.
