I have my occupational health appointment this afternoon. This means I will work for half a day and I can go home, have a shower and then go to Manchester without hurrying. I'm not sure what to expect, apart from being asked questions. I do hope there will be a limited amount of proddage, as I'm currently as stiff as a very stiff thing, and this is not helping my hip one jot.
Soon I shall have a proper desk and a proper chair, so yay.
I've also got more information on when I'm going to be working. As I'm not on shifts until the new year, I do have Christmas, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day off. After that, I'm supposed to work two days and then I've been told I'm off for six days. Handy.
