techsupport and came across the add-on FoxSomething. If you install it, any new Firefox window will read...well...Mozilla [something]. It's not been updated for Firefox3 by the person who designed it, but someone else has: FireSomething for FF3.
I'm running it now and I've got four windows open, called respectively Mozilla Powerarachnid, Mozilla Hypermonkey, Mozilla Hypnoanemone and (my personal favourite) Mozilla Supermollusk. Hours of entertainment, this.
