Spoke to the GP this morning. Got prodded a bit. I'm not in danger of keeling over and dying just at this minute. While ribs ideally do not go pop when coughing, it's understandable they did. Furthermore, I've been coughing so much, I've torn my throat, hence the occasional blood. Nothing a few days of no alcohol, no smoking and not talking too much won't fix.

GP does want me to keep an eye out for strange bruising on my ribs and upper torso and to make sure I'm not experiencing sharp stabbing pains when breathing deeply. If any of that happens, I'm supposed to go to A&E straight away.

Looking forward to tomorrow and the weekend. Going to the Trafford Centre with the_ladylark tomorrow for shopping and lunch before heading down to Cheltenham on the train. Which reminds me, I wanted to go out and wear my corset tomorrow. Will have to see if that can happen. If not, I'm a bit stumped as to stuff I can wear to Judder (well, I have things, but they're all a Bad Idea^TM right now).

Oh well, no doubt it will all work out fine.
