The one where I don't want to and I'm not going to and you can't make me

I've got a bunch of hormones doing the samba in my brain, making me susceptible to grumpiness anyway. I did not have a good night's sleep at all. The sky outside is grey. My coffee maker is widdling on the kitchen worktop. I cracked my head on the pointy end of one of the kitchen cupboard doors and thus got to spend a minor eternity in the company of the God of Pain.

These are all first world problems, I know, but today they're enough to make me throw in the towel before I've even started my day.

So today, I'm not going to. So there.

The one with the trip to A&E

Excitement abounds this evening! Apparently getting very sleepy and grumpy and expressing an unprovoked desire to punch azekeil worried him and so off we went to A&E. We're home now and I have a diagnosis of 'minor head injury' (cracking one's head on the cupboard door does some damage. Who knew!), meaning azekeil gets to a) wake up me up halfway during the night to see if I'm still alive and b) watch me over the next 24 hours to see if I start acting out of character and/or inappropriately. Poor him.
