In which I make happy noises

So, my order from Alternative meats got delivered earlier. I've now got kangaroo and blesbok and wild boar sausages and mixed game and ostrich burgers and Welsh Wagyu beef and diced goat. Everything except the goat's gone into the freezer and I will make braised goat stew for dinner.
