Today was the day that people could officially and legally buy their fireworks. Which means I now have fireworks stacked in my bedroom. Joy.

Also, people have been letting off fireworks all damn night and every time I get to pluck Snowball from the drapes. My right arm is now a perfect noughts and crosses board. *bleeds gently*

They’ve been doing them here all week. Most of the time it’s merely caused the cloud blanket to glow slightly. Oh, and noise, of course.
