sessifet...driver side window dropped partly out of its mounting and is now stuck open about ten centimetres. I was leaving it because it was nice and sunny and it was parked safely. However, thunderclouds and rumbling just now convinced me I might want to do something about this.
I quested for plastic and tape and was successful. Off I went into the oppressive heat again to tape the window shut. As I was thusly occupied, it started raining. Rather heavily. I quickly finished up (it is not going to withstand any speeds on the motorway, so it'll either be reapplied or taken off for the drive). Mission accomplished!
The other mission I accomplished was not planned, but was a big success too. I provided comedy and entertainment for the groundfloor denizens of this building. Also, I am now wet and remarkably cooler.
