Feeling better...

sessifet...but I could definitely live without the Surprise Cramps Wahey! part of the proceedings.
While ibuprofen helps (I'm left with nothing but a lingering feeling of tenseness), it wears off both gradually and quickly: I'll have a mild twinge and go 'hmm, new painkiller in about an hour then' and the next thing I know my reproductive bits go 'we're unhappy!' and my eyes cross, my ears clang and the whole world goes 'whommmmmmmmm' and slips a few inches sideways.
I don't think I'll be getting a lot of sleep tonight.
