I like my job. I learn new things every day. For example, today I learnt that it's sometimes a good thing that someone doesn't know a word of English: I had a 74 year old woman say the words "hard gay porn" out loud, and then had her ask me what she was supposed to do with it.

The second lesson, somewhat related to the first, is that the human body is not designed to absorb tea by osmosis.

In other words, breathing tea is bad.
